How do I clean my Hippo?
Use warm soapy water with a damp cloth to clean any marks that may appear. The Hippo can also be emptied and machine washed.

Is my Hippo suitable for pets?
Yes, all the Hippo range are ideal for pets as they are easily cleaned and water resistant.

What filling is used?
Hippo bean bags contain top quality flame retardant polystyrene beads. We use a mixture of bean sizes to help reduce your bag losing its shape.

Which Hippo Bean Bags can be used outside?
All the Hippo Bean Bags can be, Safari,Pod & Pygmy.

Can I receive fabric samples?
Yes. Fabric samples are available upon request.

Is it possible to purchase covers or beans separately?
Yes. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to help.

Do all Hippo Bean Bags conform to British Standards?
The outer covers and fillings of our bean bags and products conform to British Safety Standards (BS5852) for cigarette and match resistance.

Delivery

Can deliveries be made outside the mainland UK & Northern Ireland?
Yes. We can deliver to all areas outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and all EU countries, please contact us for a delivery price. We are also able to source worldwide and suggest that you source the filling locally to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

How will my order be delivered?
We aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5  working days . When you have placed an order on-line, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then again when we have shipped the goods to you.
 

What is your returns policy?
 If for any reason you decide that you do not want to keep all or some of your furniture then please confirm to us in writing via e-mail or letter within 7 working days. We will ensure (provided the goods are faulty) you receive a full refund within 30 days. If you do cancel some or all of your items, it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods to brandhippo.co.uk's premises within 14 days. You can make and pay for the arrangements yourself or ask brandhippo.co.uk to make the collection. brandhippo.co.uk will charge the actual cost to make the collection. This charge will be deducted from your refund. In the event of furniture being returned, brandhippo.co.uk expect the customer to take a 'reasonable duty of care' while the furniture is still in your care. brandhippo.co.uk will only accept the return / collection if the goods are properly packaged in their undamaged original packaging.
